🚚 Processing Times

  • All orders are roasted, packed, and processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

  • High‑volume periods may require an additional 1–2 days.

Standard Shipping

  • Delivery: 3–5 business days

  • Cost: Calculated at checkout

Expedited Shipping

  • Delivery: 1–2 business days

  • Cost: Calculated at checkout

International Shipping

  • Delivery: 7–21 business days

  • Cost: Calculated at checkout

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer.


📦 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.


🛑 Shipping Restrictions

  • Expedited shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes.

  • Certain regions may have restrictions on coffee imports; customers are responsible for verifying local regulations.


❗ Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the package and product.

  • For lost or significantly delayed shipments, we’ll work directly with the carrier to resolve the issue.

  • Brew District Coffee is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses entered at checkout.


🌍 Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International shipments may be subject to customs inspections and additional fees. These charges are not included in our shipping rates and must be paid by the customer.


✏️ Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After this window, we cannot guarantee changes.
